Euro is the official currency in Slovakia . Therefore if you are heading to Bratislava for a stag weekend, you will need to exchange your currency for the Euro.
You may exchange your money for the Euro at most Bratislava banks or at specialized stores called Foreign Exchange Bureaus. Look for signs that say Bureau De Change, Geld Wechseln or Cambio. You can also exchange your travel agents and shopping centres. Commission is around 2%. You may be able to exchange your money at the Bratislava airport, but exchange rates may not be the best.
